I really do not know. Personally, I am really bad when it comes to referring people at money earning sites. This is why i never bother referring people. Maybe some people have a really large followers and this is how they manage to refer people.
Those ones with lots of referrals use social media to post their referral links. Others make youtube videos about the platform and tell viewers to join through their links.

Getting referrals is a matter of commitment. You have to push it across all platforms.
The easy way to get referrals is to use Facebook ad, you wi get tons of referrals within short intervals. The only disadvantage is that it will cost you some money.

In my case, I invited my friends on the other site, Mylot to join RIF. I was able to invite 6 from Mylot but only 4 are active, other members from my friends on Facebook by showing to them my proof of payment, but still, they were inactive, so I can't force them. It's their will.
