How do you deal with poke- nosing coworker

They are just coworkers that like to get into ones private space. just like getting self into another business. How can you handle this type of coworker as they can be very annoying.

Yeah ignore but they are some stubborn ones that might even be enjoying the ride. it can be frustrating working with them.

Yes they're so frustrating and annoying and feel wanting to kick them out if only the owner hehehe.

I will ignore them and not to be bothered. But then, there is an exemption with this situation. If they are attacking me deliberately, they will be reported to the HR Deparment directly.

This kind of person is toxic, so we better ignore him or her right away. It is just a waste of time and energy. It is not good to entertain someone like that in a work place. Somehow she or he will understand their attitude is detrimental.

In my opinion, just leave it alone, later they will tire themselves out after a while. If the ridicule is too severe and can affect productivity at work, then we can report it to our superiors, so that they will be dealt with strictly and provide sanctions that will deter them.

I also do the same thing. To refrain from being stressed out, I need to ignore them. Although if they are attacking me deliberately and it is not acceptable, I need to call their attentions to stop. If they will not, they will have a big lesson from me or be reported in the company's grievances committee.

I don't even have time for those set of people. Anything the want to know, they should if that would increase their account balance. I ignore them.

I would ignore such kind of co-workers, and avoid having contact with them except for business reasons. If their behavior really annoys me, I would tell him/her my feelings and ask her/him to stop doing it. If I find the situation unbearable, I would report to the manger or HR Department.

I've never had this kind of experience with any worker before in the company where I used to work because I always make sure to mind my business which makes it difficult for them to interfere in my private space.

if the business has management or dispute management team the best bet here is to have the person reported or the matter reported to the relevant authorities for their penalty

I think it would be best to set down rules to avoid this. Does who are found guilty of these should be made to pay a fee, this would help them control themselves.

Some people are just bad with this habit so making them to pay a fee, might just cut it. Maybe having them reported to be warned sternly might make them control themselves.

The course of action is to ignore them. They will not do anything for me good things. Although if they cross the lines, they will surely hear something from me or call their attentions.
