How do you deal with poke- nosing coworker

Yeah poke nosers in any place of work in other colleague businesses are just gossips and busy bodies. it seems they do have pepper body they just can't rest but cause trouble

First we need to ignore them if they cross certain level then we have to report in HR department because this type of people also hurt the reputation of an organisation they do not remain beneficial for the company.
