How do you reward your employees?

I don't have any business so I am not doing anything like that but I feel all business organisations should reward their employees in a way to keep them motivated to work harder.

Rewarding your employees is totally different from looking for ways to motivate them, though rewards can also motivate them. Rewarding your employees simply means giving them something for their hard work or being able to achieve a particular feat. What do you think is the best way to reward an hard working employee. I have seen some companies give their employee a raise as a means of rewarding them.

I think another way to reward them is by telling them to go on a leave because it is very important for humans to rest after they must have done a lot of jobs
