How do you reward your employees?

If I have employes I would reward them with scholarship for kids, free days, bonuses in money or gift cards in stores. But not some specific store then with store with good offers for everyday use.
This is really good but this would require you spend a lot as well, then again the kind of work you do would also determine how much free days you can give out to them, especially if it's something that is in high demand.

Being an employee, I always received rewards. Just recently, I received a differential $600 and by August the same figure to receive. The feeling is jumpy jumpy hehe on Cloud 9.
Congratulations for that my friend. Keep up the good work. It's seems that its very rewarding to be on the civil service payroll in your country. I think rewards are separate from salaries.

Yes, and it's because the university where I'm teaching is owned by national government. There are so many bonuses midyear and Christmas. There's also free one sack rice for regular employees only. That's the advantage if work under the umbrella of the national government.

Apart from the salaries and bonuses that the employers pay their employees, the bosses can as well give rewards to the workers. These are token of appreciation and doesn't have a specific designated figure or value.

Here in my company they give good increments in the salary and promote you to work well the whole year. And I guess monetary appreciation is the best way to motivate employees.

Some employees are really deserving of this treatment as their are the brain and power being some organisation and when the business owner fail to reward them then this act won't boost their morale to do more.

When I used to be in Management then I was giving rewards to my subordinate first by appreciating their work, and then talking about them in front of higher authorities. Whenever I found it possible I was giving them some cash too.

If I were a business owner I would give bonuses to my employees who excel as a form of appreciation. I will also offer them for a promotion. In addition, giving certificates of appreciation is also quite effective.

Rewarding employees is very important. It is one great way of motivating them to do good work. One good way of rewarding them is giving promotion where it is deserved. Promotion comes with a raise in earnings and so that is a great reward for them.

Giving bonuses is great way to boost motivation truly I think it's great if you give them bonus it doesn't have to be so much even a little helps to make them more motivated

First of all you reward them by sincerely commending them with words of your mouth, taking it further you can give them some seasonal incentives just to encounter them, and use them as an example to other co workers

That's true, these days people tend to make use of customized items, maybe it could be a customized mug that says the person's name or something like best worker of the month and things like that. Most employees usually appreciate this a lot.

Increasing worker salary is still something that is very good but in a situation whereby salaries are increased but are always delayed, your workers will never be happy which is why they're going to prefer to have their salary constant but always paid promptly.
