I think you can join groups where people offer people to make money doing something not sure tho I joined a group buy never got any money lol maybe it's worth it but I don't use telegram a lot

It is a game of patients as you have said but we have a lot of people on telegram who are not trustworthy and they will scam you if you are not careful so I don't even like that space at all
