I don't even think telegram pays people to use it but I know that some people always do what activities on telegram that can give them money

The only way I know people make use of telegram to make money is when they do some telegram airdrops which I have done but the majority of them are scams

Definitely, telegram is not paying anyone directly but I saw many channels where people are advertising their businesses and channels related to cryptocurrency trading where they charge people for being a member of their channels.

Its just a messenger like WhatsApp so you cannot earn directly from it but you can find and join channels through which you can earn and learn

It is very useful but I stopped trying to make money on it because they have a lot of scammers on it.
