For l can sleep for three to four hours in the deep sleep in the days that l have been tired.

I am trying my best to sleep at least 8 hours every day. Although it is not straight away. I wake up early to attend my morning classes and sleep in the afternoon to compensate the lack of sleep.

It really depends on how tired I am and if I'm able to sleep through the night undisturbed. On a typical weeknight, I usually get around 7 hours of solid sleep. But if I've had a particularly exhausting few days, I can easily sleep for 9 or even 10 hours straight when I finally get the chance. My record is probably close to 12 hours. I remember waking up one lazy Sunday afternoon feeling completely rested and refreshed after an incredibly long night's sleep. In general though, 8 hours feels like the sweet spot for me.

At most mine is 6 hrs and am trying to do better because obviously my body do need more sleep time, but I always wake up @ 2:00am after going to bed @ 10:00pm

This actually depends on how tired I am. I can sleep eight hours on a stretch but that is mostly at night. I can’t sleep in the afternoon like that

These days I am mostly completing around 7 hours of sleep and if I can get that without any interruption then it's fine as its important to have at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep

I can sleep for 7-8 hours continuously in one go. I cannot sleep continuously for long hours. My eyes open up if it extends above 8 hours.

Yesterday too I slept around 10 Pm and was up by 5.30 Am in the morning so I guess its fine as I have got around 7 or 7 and half hours of sleep

It is really good to sleep for a reasonable amount or number of hours, but I think I have to start depriving myself of sleep so I can make more money
