It really depends on how tired I am and if I'm able to sleep through the night undisturbed. On a typical weeknight, I usually get around 7 hours of solid sleep. But if I've had a particularly exhausting few days, I can easily sleep for 9 or even 10 hours straight when I finally get the chance. My record is probably close to 12 hours. I remember waking up one lazy Sunday afternoon feeling completely rested and refreshed after an incredibly long night's sleep. In general though, 8 hours feels like the sweet spot for me.

At most mine is 6 hrs and am trying to do better because obviously my body do need more sleep time, but I always wake up @ 2:00am after going to bed @ 10:00pm

This actually depends on how tired I am. I can sleep eight hours on a stretch but that is mostly at night. I can’t sleep in the afternoon like that

These days I am mostly completing around 7 hours of sleep and if I can get that without any interruption then it's fine as its important to have at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep

It is really good to sleep for a reasonable amount or number of hours, but I think I have to start depriving myself of sleep so I can make more money
