Ever since telecommunication has been flexible with affordable airtime and data charges, there is no point going to call centers anymore. Each networks is providing flexible packages to make accessible to mobile telecommunication easy and affordable.

I think it depends upon the size of the call center and if we are making it a domestic or international affair and for that we need to hire the required man power

I don't think call center really works anymore in my location because most people have their phone and once they recharge on it with a little amount they can call

It is a good business and you can expect good profits and you can get easy loan from banks and other financial institutions to start such a business in your country

For a call center? That should be around more than three million naira if i am not mistaken, well maybe though, but you might not have to spend that much for a call center.

licenses cost a lot , electric costs running costs salaries , and a lot of factors including security and trained employeess got via recruitement all make it a cost intenisve business to manage indeed .
