Our height stops when we reach the age of 26 for females and 28 for males. My height increases when I keep on swimming and taking vitamins for height.

Short is cute.
I am about 5'4" taller than most Filipinas in my generation. I've noticed though that young people now have towering heights,. this maybe caused by food intake.

What is this? I never heard for it. I high 1.79 cm and I am not consider my self tall than short dude. We all losing height by getting old. Sitting in front of laptop and using smartphone we lose height even faster.
@fcbetting , my height remains 5'7". My ex-bf was 5'10 in height.
