Decline on an individual's motivation level . so instead of high performance the reverse is the case

The purpose of providing training is to educate employees about new skills and provide updated skills to enhance productivity. If there is no improvement in employees' productivity, that means the training is not effective. Management has to find out the reasons and revise the training program accordingly.

Yeah some is always due to the poor delivery of the trainer. when the trainer is ineffective then things go bad. Even the staff will act uninterested ahout9the training too

There are some trainings that won't work based on the quality of staff you have.nit might be too advanced for them. You might have to build from basic level up

In my opinion, it is impossible that the trainings given will be ineffective. Unless the Human Resource personnel did not conduct the performance evaluation accurately. Thus, they need to conduct this in a timely manner.

It might happen, because the business training they provide is not suitable for the conditions of the workers. For example, because the discussion in the training uses a language the workers cannot understand, for example: The training uses English, while the workers do not understand English. etc.

Yes, that's right, actually it can be seen during the training process. That's why sometimes a company implements a training system for some time, to test whether prospective employees are suitable or not to be made permanent workers in the company.
