Very true, motivation is not limited to just giving them money, there are so many other ways, employees like it when their hard work and effort is being recognized and as well appreciated. It goes a long way.
Employees can be motivated by, among other things, clear and open communication, promoting teamwork, being grateful for a job well done, giving rewards, caring about their future, and listening intently.
Yes so true, and even a sweet smile or responding their greetings every morning promotes a happy feeling thank to be always snobby. It promotes employees morale and enliven their self esteem.
