That's very true. If you stick to your own part of the tasks and do what you are are supposed to do promptly and someone still brings drama your way, then you know how to tackle it head on.

What affect the mental heath is tension. When a worker allow tension, depression, anxiety, weakness to override his mindset, automatically, such worker is going to have mental challenges. The working environment sometime affects the morale of workers. Therefore, friendly working environment must be provide.

It is very important to think about the red flags very well because it may not be easy for you to leave the job once you have started it. They may tell you to give them at least three months notice

Another thing that greatly affects mental health of staff is verbal abuse. Most employers would use their mouth to finish a staff and make him or her feel worthless. It can mess up your psyche and get you depressed.

These tips are great, when you are always fighting with others at work , you feel isolated and all they do matters a lot to you and you feel they are mocking you, things like these are not okay for your mental health.

My way of maintaining mental health at work is not to bother about any unpleasant actions from fellow co-workers. As long as I can still work well and the boss can be compromised then I will stay there.

There are certain times where we would find ourselves in situations that would greatly affect and test our mental health. I think one way to protect your mental help would be to find a place where you can relax and just breath within all the chaos

Yes, I totally agree with you.However, it is well known that work generates stress, for many reasons including: respecting timetables, trying to get along with colleagues and superiors, being able to solve many tasks and many other issues that I could list here. So afterwards, it is also necessary to find our time to be able to dispose of the stress we accumulate during working hours. Otherwise we risk exhaustion.

Bipolar is a common mental disorder and it also affects people in the work place.
