That's good. Power naps are important but in my case I cannot have that anymore.. I take lunch at home and when I go back to work. am already faced with tons of work to do so I better have a cup of coffee.

Japanese have a great work culture. If they did not have a good work culture,how could they come this far, as one of the most developed country after being destroyed completely in 1945

It will never happen here in the Philippines. All must work straight and only break during lunch time.

That's what we do in India. Workers or staff are not allowed to relax in between the work, they get only lunch and tea breaks to relax here.

That's right but how nice if given a break in between in the morning and afternoon. It's impossible here.

I can agree more with you. There are some facilities that can sleep while standing. I am not sure how relaxing is that for them.

I think that designs are really great for the employees to have a very good experience while working.

That's how it's supposed to be, having them relaxed is also a way to make them more productive.

I am not sure with the other companies. Some companies usually provide a place for their workers to sleep, especially those who are working graveyard shift.
