It really depends on where you work as to how you address your boss in the workplace. Some bosses are pretty laid back and will allow you to address them on a first-name basis but others would rather you addressed them as Miss, Mrs, Ms, or Mr along with their surname. I find that retail is the more laid-back one where you can address your boss by their name.
