Is anyone doing transcription work?

I am not into transcription work. I heard that you can make good money doing this kind of work, especially for medical transcription. But I do not think I have the necessary skills to do it.

Transcription jobs pay well in deed. There's a transcription company that I applied a job in sometime back. To my surprise they asked me to provide my degree certificate to them

Since I am in the medical field, I cannot hit the minimum requirement of typing speed. So, I deciced to stop the desire to be a medical transciptionist. I might try it again but not now.

Is any member of this forum doing transcription work? If yes, do you get transcription work directly from clients or do you get it from a website? If yes can you share the name of the website?

I tried applying but it's so hard, the first trial was so fast and I cannot cope up. I didn't try again.

I have heard a lot about transcription website and it basically requires a lot of experience but it is a difficult way to make money.

I am not but one of the persons that I met online was doing that a couple of months ago and its quite a high paying job
