I noticed that people are very interested in taking their cars to the car wash. I myself worked in a car wash for 1 year and even people who had cheap cars came to the car wash and were very sensitive about their cars. What is your opinion about investing in a car wash? How profitable do you think this business is?

There are self-service backyard carwash now in our place. You will just drop a coin and you can use their cleaning hose, this is very slow income because it's only a penny per usage but it only requires small investment. But if you invest on real thourough car wash and cleaning where there's even a car lift you must also add car repair service and you need more people and mechanic and a bigger space.

Yes true, there are such car washes, but people who are sensitive about their cars prefer to have their cars cleaned by professionals workers which has a good income.. I read somewhere that car washes earn $700,000 per year
In my opinion, car wash is not really a good business. In my neighborhood, majority of people have maids or gate men who wash their cars.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is true. Yes, there are areas where people are not interested in paying extra and prefer to wash their cars themselves, so if we want to establish a car wash, we should consider a suitable location.
That's a hefty sum to earn. Most. professional car wash shops have also a car repair and check up facilities.

Yes that's right. You made a good point. Car washes do not need a lot of capital. Although it depends on you. Some invest a lot and some don't invest a lot and prefer to hire good workers
Yes car wash is a good business, in order to make more money you can attach some other businesses like canteen, bar or anything you feel you like and you are good at. Then it's important you learn, no matter how simple the business may look
The car wash could be a very good investment especially if it is located in a commercialised area.
Car washing is gaining during rainy days. Running wheels get dirty so they need a car wash center. But during the non-rainy days as far as my observation is concerned in my place, only very few go to a car wash center.

In my location, a lot of big petrol stations like Shell, Caltex offer car wash service as well. Most car owners prefer going there to wash their cars. Some have their maid to help washing their cars.
Nowadays I have found that people will either pay others to wash their cars or they will wash their cars themselves as it is cheaper that way. Due to this, I do not feel that a car wash business is a very lucrative business, you may get times when you have a lot of business but you could then have times when you don't and go a while without any income.
This time vsr washing is not anymore lucrative. My neighbor closed his car wash shop. There were no customers. Car owners prefer to do the work. It's because of the on going crises we're facing this time. They can use a hose for car washing. It's so easy work. In fact I do the car washing personally. It's tiresome hehe.
