Is it easy to sell subdivided lots?

I went on to inspect a rawland yesterday for possible venture of my partners to subdivide and sell it individually. My task is to research for raw land and initial inspection with the owners. The succeeding steps will be handled by my partners but I am sure I will be involved in the reselling aspect and that's when we can start earning.

Actually I have never been involved for this kind of work, but I appreciate your courage, good luck. Don't forget to involve a lawyer, so that if at any time something unpleasant happens you can handle it properly.

I am with a group of licensed property brokers and appraisers. The first 2.properties we inspected did not succeed. I'm taking some time off from this activity and focus on something I miss doing because of my site inspection.
