Yes it is very good to appoint new business manager from the old staff in an organization. This new manager having been in the system before needs no introduction to the modus operandi of the business. The staff knew him before and would therefore enjoy mutual cooperation from them. The only thing the company would lack as a result of this is new changes that could have be introduced by the manager if he were from outside.It's a very good for the management to appoint a person that has been working in the company for long as the manager than appointing a new person altogether.
