I am not sure whether that statement has some sense of reality in it, but being in a poor economic condition countries like mine you ought to take any job anywhere whether a graduate or not.

While this is true to a large extent, being a graduate reduces the time and resources that would be used to train the person in that particular field. Education makes your mind ready to be trained.

I do not think so. But it depends on the policy of the owner of the company. There are those who do not require a diploma, there are also those who require a minimum education. But most of their legal companies apply minimum school and education majors rules.

In Nigeria here, as a graduate, you don't have option. You jump in into any available work vacancy you are offered. Jobs are given to recruitment agencies.

Well it's only in malfunctional countries that you'll see graduates working outside their study specifications. Graduates are meant to build on their classroom knowledge with related working experience so they become more productive with their career.

In my country you need to go to university and more in order to get the job also in my country jobs that pays well are taken so even tho they have high education they can still not get the job they want
