It won't be a good idea to Outsource everything that we feel we should in a business and we need to see its cost to the company and if we are sure that the cost will be lesser and in future it will further decrease then we should go against Outsourcing and get it done inside.

Outsourcing is done when we lack infrastructure or method or when the cost of the process is more when we do it inside. So we must timely analyse if the cost of outsourcing is less otherwise there is no meaning of outsourcing.
We have lots of things which get done from outside. I remember in my previous company too we used to get many operations from outside as we had some capacity constraints on that machine.

Yes it'll be better to look at it taking out future into consideration and this way we can take better decision
Outsourcing is good. It all depends on your areas and usefulness. You can apply outsourcing when you are busy or you have a lot of tasks at hand. You can outsource if you need a services and you don't have it like traffic generation.
Outsourcing saves cost for a company. It is risk free and moreover stress free. Many companies outsource because it saves cost and give the company time to concentrate on major challenges. But one major disadvantage of outsourcing is that the results may not reach the expectations.
A department that don't have much to do should be use outsourcing to complete the work than paying salaries for nothing
