Is Outsourcing always useful

Mostly they outsource customer support which I have seen and this is how they save money too

Yes they pay good but that's not good for the people of that country which outsource manpower causing unemployment.

It is causing unemployment here to because if they chased away some people that are supposed to work they will be left jobless

Most of the software engineers are outsourced as there are plenty of software engineers here who wish to work abroad and they accept the offers easily because they get more salary than here

That's correct and they can work online too so this is why they are hired from different parts of the world so as to cut on cost

That's another benefit for the company as they don't have to spend on the employee when he/she is willing to work from home. Most international call centres are like that, they operate outside their country.

Most of the company nowadays do not want to be responsible for anything they just want to outsource all department of their business.

Outsourcing could be very useful sometimes but I still don't like it.

Yes it can be very useful you just have to know the best hands to bring in so that you would save time but most importantly you can save cost
