Some people like to have permanent staffs and they will also have contract staffs that will work for a short time

It won't be a good idea to Outsource everything that we feel we should in a business and we need to see its cost to the company and if we are sure that the cost will be lesser and in future it will further decrease then we should go against Outsourcing and get it done inside.

Yes they pay good but that's not good for the people of that country which outsource manpower causing unemployment.
