For those authors in your community, what do you observe to your friends or relatives who authored a book, were they given a royalty fee by the book publishers after the succeeding publications? If not, you have to tell them to draft a memorandum of agreement regarding the lifetime royalty of 15% of the total sales of the books published by a bookstore.

If the book is launched an online platforms then there should be a reward that will be given for such publications but if it is an offline then the reward could be generated by organising a lunch for the book.

Book authors earn a royalty fee of 25% in my place. Those authors write books on Mathematics, Physics, Calculous, and Chemistry to supplement the students' understanding of a hard subject like those mentioned.

I think there should be a royalty fees for every successful publication of books. I know that of Amazon kdp program. You get royalty commissions for every books sold.

There's here on my country and there's a memorandum of understanding signed by the author and publisher. It can't be made by saying thank you only.

I think there is always a loyalty fee for them. I'll check that.

The terms of conditions you have set while publishing your book determine whether you will receive royalties or not. Sometimes you can get a signing amount and be exempted from the royalties.

Publishing houses are always ripping authors off and still making the authors feel that they are being favoured.
This is true, I think it is the major reason self-publishing is much more viable in this period. Amazon can help you but you have to pay 30%.

In my country, there is always a 15% royalty fee for a book author. The period covered only some years when the book is still needed in a school as a textbook or workbook.

I think there is a such program that is supposed to be going on. I think this would impact on the morale and the goodwill between the authors and the publishers of the creative works of their clients.

Yes, you are so right, that is the agreement here in my country between the book author and the publishing house to give the author a royalty fee of 15 %.

In all, I believe self publishing is just the best. You control all the revenue that comes from your book. You review and republish your book at regular intervals. Just pay a little thing to Amazon.

I think giving the author a royalty fee of 15% is very small in my own perspective. If you publish online you can get up to 70%.
