If not, you have to tell them to draft a memorandum of agreement regarding the lifetime royalty of 15% of the total sales of the books published by a bookstore.

If the book is launched an online platforms then there should be a reward that will be given for such publications but if it is an offline then the reward could be generated by organising a lunch for the book.

Yes, there is, I experienced it with the author of the books I edited. He received a 15% royalty fee from the publisher.

I think giving the author a royalty fee of 15% is very small in my own perspective. If you publish online you can get up to 70%.
