I think it is the right of the company to ask any question in order to see the versatility of potential employees.Asking unrelated questions during a job interview can be unethical and may not accurately assess a candidate's qualifications. Interviewers should focus on job-related inquiries to ensure a fair and objective evaluation of applicants.
I don't think the answers are being fair enough so they should just be mild with people instead of being too strictI have heard so many stories about persons who have gone for job interviews but they where asked questions not related to the position they applied for or even what they studied. I do think that we need to be flexible and witty when having a job interview. Eventhough we were prepared prior to it, there are some questions that can be asked unexpectedly. It is how we are going to play along with the interviewers.I agree, there are interview questions that do not match to our skills. When I was interviewed first time, I was asked why I was there. Then I answered the interviewer, I'm here to be interviewed by you. His answer was this, well, you're like an FM announcer, so funny and then he said you're hired. Wow so fantastic that I jumped for joy in front of him.
