I am also most productive during morning times and as the day passes, my energy level and productivity drops. My husband and daughter call be a sunflower. I start drooping after sunset.

I am a night owl. I start work in late morning and stay productive until around 9:00 pm. I usually take a short break in the afternoon.

And it was opposite for me last night. Today I have a holiday as the school where I work is celebrating its Founder's Day. So, I chose to stay up like an owl till 3 AM to finish some of my assignments for the course that I am doing. And my natural lark quality didn't let me stay beyond 7:30 in the bed. I hope to catch some nap before lunchtime.
