The workers probably have families to take care of. So money remains a major motivating factor in any business venture.Right appreciation with sincerity will definitely motivate employees but money remain the key factor for long lasting motivation. Once worker realize that he is not getting the required money and getting always verbal motivation then he may quit the job.
