It is not good because it creates many sicknesses like high blood pressure and other sicknesses caused by being overweight. Thank you but what I'm doing in sweatcoin is make steps thru walking. I spend 3000 steps everyday and reduced 3 pounds in 3 weeks hehe I receive rewards and converted them to sweatcoin crypto.

It's monitored by the app once you start walking. There's an auto counter seen on our celfon screen. The counter moves when we walk and the more it moves fast when we run of jog. It's so fantastic.
