Hi all, today I want to learn more about what people tend to prefer more - passive or active income. I personally tend to prefer passive income more, as you can earn without having to do much effort, but then again the pay is comparatively lower than active income. Nonetheless, I want to know what you guys think about this.

Both of them are good. However, before you begin to earn active income that will sustain you, as a newbie, you must start from passive income. It is this passive income you are going to re-invest in order to start earning active income.
For me, my passive income is the rent of my property and that's enough for us to live but still, I have to actively earn to keep myself indulging. My plans in future is to buy some more property and increase my passive income which may help once I retires.

Most of the people earn from the rent here. That's a good use of the property. I am planning to buy a new property for which I have to go to the bank to confirm how much they will sanction me.

It's not easy to buy a property here. It's too costly but once you get a loan you can always pay the instalments through the monthly rent.

Because one doesn't have to work for it. For active income one has to work a lot. I can say this because I have both earnings here.
