Yes, i did @misha i got my first payment from RIF yesterday and paypal send me an email who told me that my money was being hold for 21 days because i am a new seller. I dont have any idea why paypal assume me as seller. But at least were not the only one who experience this. Just wait and see then

I do not set auto-debit too, paypal hold my money that i got from RIF. I dont want to transfer it to my bank account, though. So, the moment jordan sent me the money to my paypal, i got mail from paypal that i got money from RIF and after that they sent me another mail who said that "i am a new seller and my money will be hold for 21 days".

Yes that is the reason. To lift that you must make sales of up to $200. You can receive that as payment. And also you will need to link your card or bank account. After that the limit will be lifted

Your payment is still pending because PayPal is awaiting for the sender of the payment to confirm the payment/ transaction. Normally they hold the money for a period of time (20-30) days after which the money would be made available on your account.
