Yes, they do. HR personnels are always helpful. They are the brightest people in the workforce. HR specialist should be a psychology graduate. HR manager should be knowledgeable with the law. At least this is the requirement here.

Yeah, I think holding a counseling session for all the employees in the business venture is a very good step if they really want to instill discipline in the employees. I think some business ventures take that step.
