Should I hire family members to work for me in a business?

I will hire family members . It is better a relation will be working in my place and see how am making the money. If you don't allow them to be involved in the business, they will still come to you begging for assistance or it is very difficult to refuse them.

I don't do family members in business. They don't always display professionalism. After all, it is their brother that owns the business. I rather hire people that I can fire with a clear mind.

Some people will actually say it as a wickedness for you not to employ your family members in your business but it is not actually the way I see it because some of this family members will never take you serious in your business.

But there are also family members who don't want to be involved in our business. They prefer jobs outside the home which according to them are far more prestigious. Even though in business the most important thing is to make money, I don't care about position.

Indeed, sometimes because of property and business matters, it can damage relations between siblings or family. It's no longer a secret, when relatives owe us, but they don't pay, when they are billed they get angry and the relationship drifts apart.

Why do you think you will join the business when you retire? Wouldn't the risk of money/business that could damage the brotherhood still exist? As for me, it's better to think about building my own business.

It is not advisable hiring family members in a business.This is simply because of so many disadvantages.like there will be no seriousness in the business.It is difficult to Sue a relative in case of theft in the business.

The thing is that hiring family members to work for you work both ways in a business . it can be both beneficial and risky. it is to go for a trusted person
