Artificial intelligence is one of the most useful tools in the modern world. Artificial intelligence is now used by many business organisations and corporations in many different ways. I think that human resource department could also utilise artificial intelligence in many different ways. This may also include using AI to hire people. So, do you think that it could be used in such a manner? What are your thoughts about this?

You can use it to give you recommendations, but I think the best judgment will be made by a person, for example, who has been doing this for a long time, for example in the human resources department.

You can use it to hire employees but I think it would be best to do this yourself. Hiring your employees yourself helps you make proper decisions. An artificial intelligence cannot be flexible enough to make certain decisions.

I think AI can only help to identify potential candidates by checking their qualifications. For actually hiring employees, it's better for a human resources professional to do the job. During the interview, the HR professional can understand the applicant's personality, aspirations and weaknesses.

You can use AI to run analysis on the particular person that you want to hire. The final decision lies with you to make. Shouldn't be made with AI. This is one of the situations where human inference is required.

It is the HR department responsible for the recruitment of the employees . AL is not needed, the HR department has their own instrument used in interviewing.

There are a few problems when it comes to using artificial intelligence in order to hire people. Artificial intelligence cannot judge a person in a proper manner in many cases. So, usage of artificial intelligence may have its own limitations.

Though the use of artificial intelligence is not widely used in my country. But I do not see anything wrong with the use of artificial intelligence to hire employees if they could be trusted
