Sole proprietor business is best suited for our society. You get to decide on your own and answer to yourself. It also saves one from unnecessary issues.
This is why there's sole proprietorship almost everywhere in the society. You take your decision and mske all the plans yourself.

It depends on the kind of business. Sole proprietorship applies if it's solely owned by one person who will be responsible and accountable for all aspects. Partnership is ideal if there are two of you who will equally share.

Yes no one gets involved in bitter fights or lawsuits. However it's easier to prevent a business from going down if it's owned by partners.
However if the business owner has a sufficient capital and skill to man the business alone, no reason to invite partners but capital insufficient better have a partner.

It really depends on your individual business needs and goals. Sole proprietorship is often simpler to set up, but you will be personally liable for all debts and obligations of the business. With a partnership, you will have to split profits with your partner, but you'll also have more resources to draw from. Ultimately, it's important to consider all the pros and cons of each option before deciding which one is best for your business.

Ya the advantage of raising capital and sharing expenses is the benefit of partnership. Partners can harness their skills to improve their business.

Which of these two would you want to if you are starting a business. The two have their unique benefits but which is better?
I am that person who encourages sole proprietorship business. It is also good to partner with people but if I am to engage in a business, it will be a sole proprietorship business

Both are good in their own ways. It's not easy starting a business single handedly unless one has the funds to do so. It's also not easy staying away from partner conflicts.

A sole proprietorship may be more appropriate for small, simple operations, while a partnership may be a better fit for larger and more complex operations requiring multiple talents and resources

I would partner with someone who has a lot to offer to the business. It's the best route if you both understand each other and have clear cut roles. This will lift some of the burden from your shoulders and you can benefit from the person's knowledge and experience.

With sole proprietorship, you have complete say on how to run your business but you have to fund the business on your own. For partnership, your partner may share your financial and operation burden. Also, two heads are better than one. This is good for business if your partner is a trustworthy and cooperative person.

The choice between a sole proprietorship and a partnership as a business structure depends on a variety of factors, including the size and goals of the business, the number of owners, and personal liability concerns.
Sole proprietorships are the simplest and most common type of business structure. They are owned and operated by a single individual, and the owner is personally responsible for all of the business's debts and obligations. Sole proprietorships are easy to set up and have relatively low start-up costs, making them a good choice for small, one-person businesses or side hustles.
Partnerships, on the other hand, are owned by two or more individuals and typically offer more capital and resources than a sole proprietorship. In a general partnership, all partners are personally liable for the debts and obligations of the business. This means that each partner's personal assets are at risk if the business cannot meet its financial obligations.
Limited partnerships offer some protection against personal liability, as they have one or more general partners who are personally responsible for the debts and obligations of the business, and one or more limited partners who are only liable up to the amount of their investment.
Ultimately, the choice between a sole proprietorship and a partnership will depend on the specific needs and goals of your business. Before making a decision, it's important to carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of each structure, and to seek the advice of a qualified legal or financial professional.

If a business owner is financially secured, I don't think he needs partnership. Partnership results in conflict and strive. The essence of establishing a partnership is to pool money or fund together. Apart from the stated purpose, partnership have no other better function
