I have worked in an organization for one year without an appointment letter. It happens often because the employer doesn't want to commit to anything. They know they would have to state their commitments if they give you an appointment letter.

I have never seen anyone who's employed without having appointment letter given. You're not even entitled to a pay if you don't have appointment letter.

That's so funny a driver fired from work because he is so cute

Personally I don't believe that this would be the reason why the driver was fired because you cannot just fire someone for being cute.

I took my last salary and took a leave of absence for 3 days unknown to them that I was gone. They waited for me to resume after the three days and I told them I have quit on the 6th day.

I would not blame you and I'm sure they must have done something that you do not like. There are also some workplaces that will not allow you to resign when you tell them so this is the best way to treat them
