I know of some guys that buy spoilt phones and computers. What do they do with this spoilt gadgets and what is the profitability of such a business?

Some of these people buy spoilt gadgets from people at a very cheap price, then they try to fix the problem or replace somethings and sell it back to make money

I didn't know that it is possible to refurbish spoilt phones and gadgets. That would be a very profitable business just like selling refurbished cars

This could be true though but does it not present a problem to the person who would buy the refurbished phone? It can just be developing fault regularly.

I don't think selling spoilt phone is a good business. In my opinion it's not a good ideal investment if you don't know how to get the spoilt phones to work before selling it or selling its parts.

I know a lot of people who are into the selling of spare parts of phones and I believe that they actually get involved in buying dead phone so that they will sell their spare parts for those that are into phone repairs.

This is something that is very smart for those that are involved in this kind of business because they would have to pay for something so small for those phones and be able to scrape the parts and sell them for something that's higher.
