It is everybody's wishes to establish and has own business. But there are occasions things do not go as planned. Things inadvertently changes. If unanticipated events turned up and there is no available assistance to cater for it, then how do one sustain and come out of it successfully. Yes plan B is necessary as you are planning to establish your business. Ensure your plan B is well established and sustainable, capable enough to cater for you in case your dream project fail.
Many people failed in this area as they feel that once they started their businesses, things would become rosy for them immediately not knowing that uneasy lies the head that wears a crown.

Well said, most people actually have ideas or plans but the mistake they make is that they just quickly quit their jobs without having to even think about it, if they are making the right decisions or not.

Yes it is not a good move to quit your present job while in the course of another one. Such action is regrettable. No one is saying to look for better alternatives is bad. But if you have to look for another one, ensure you don't lose the present one and your present work is not compromised as well.
