So many business don't have a means to get feedback from customers about their products or services. The importance of customer feedback cannot be overemphasized. It helps you to know your strong points as a business, that is the part you need to keep at the same level. It also helps you to know your weak points. So you can thrive to improve.

This is important. Business establishments should put a feedback box where customers can leave suggestions and comments. Also, aside from that, a service crew can go around the room with a service form. This can be done maybe once a week to really gauge the service they provide and the food they serve if they are restaurant business.

Another is putting a feedback board. Often times, customers' feedback are neglected. Adding a board where customers can pin comments can easily be tracked by the managers on duty and even the entry level members.

It's important to get feedback to know if we need to improve on something
Even if we are not doing a business but we are doing something that can be shown to the world it is very good to wait for feedback so that you will know where you're not doing well and you will improve as you have said

It's a must for improvement. In a store for example I witnessed customers dropping their feedback to the store. In so doing the management will know what needs improvement.

I have seen many people as they hardly accept customers feed back but the defend their product. Intelligent shop keeper and famous businessman always gives importance to customer's feed back. It improves their business.
