It's good to wake up early to be able to do activities on time especially breakfast preps.
don't do breakfast, but may make hubby's sandwiches for the night shift

Are you not hungry at breakfast? What do you take? Coffee only? Are you so slim?
No not hungry at breakfast or lunch.
Only eat lunch at weekends with hubby.
Don't do coffee or tea, drink hot water.

No not slim but trying to get slim again, am back on my fasting and diet to get slim, have cut out all the junk food and cheese, chips, cake, biscuits etc
May1st I weight 11st 0lbs, I now weigh 10st 8lbs, so it is working and my body feels so much better without the junk food.
Want to get back down to 9st 0lbs
I am on what I call a roll of being good so must stay this way of eating for as long as possible. This time last year I was a stone heavier.
Would love to be a size 6 again, still have my size 6 jeans in the cupboard.
So not slim but keep trying to get there

I used to do treadmill, put sold it as no room to use when dog is here.

I have brought a stepper machine but yet to use it.

I am thinking I need to download a school timetable and write things on it like a school timetable so I can fit everything in that I want to get done everyday
