It is a good thing that Whatsapp has helped business organizations and groups to have closed conversations. Business meetings can be adjourned to be continued at home.
This is what some business ventures use and alternatively, they use telegram. WhatsApp is presently one of the best for effective communication in a business environment.
For my online work, I make use of Slack as a tool for communication amongst our staff. It's one of the best chat application that most companies make use of.
Yes, this includes telegram, unfortunately the telegram application in our country is not very well known, it is still inferior to WhatsApp. In my opinion, the Telegram application is better, I often use it as a place to store data, create discussion groups, create channels, discuss secret chats, and so on.
I think WhatsApp is which popular here also but telegram is always better in my own perspective. There are a lot of features it has that makes it perfect for businesses to use.
Yes you are right, I prefer telegram, but most of my friends and family use WhatsApp as a communication tool not telegram, so I use both, for communication I tend to use WhatsApp, while telegram is for storing important data.
Yeah, if a lot of people around you do not use telegram and use WhatsApp instead, then WhatsApp should be used for that purpose. But personally I prefer telegram for business purposes.
I use both WhatsApp and Telegram. I prefer Telegram because it has more complete features and is not owned by WhatsApp. If the majority of people in my country use telegram on average then maybe I don't use WhatsApp anymore.

We are using WhatsApp to communicate and share vital information among ourselves. Though, there are many other messaging app but we choose WhatsApp because it is simple, easy and completely accessible unlike other platforms. Moreover the speed is quite illuminating. In seconds, you have receive high density files without hiccups.

Yes, that's right, my old data from the 2018s is still stored properly, as long as I don't change my account number, even if I change my cellphone several times it's not a problem, the data is still intact, even for images, audio or video we need to re-download if we want look back at it.
I don't really fancy making use of WhatsApp as my business communication channel because it is something that is too common for a lot of people that makes use of it.
Then with what tools do you communicate in business, in my country most people use WhatsApp, instant messaging features, groups, video calls, and telephone calls are some of the WhatsApp features that are often used in our country. So far everything has been very helpful so that business communication runs efficiently.
I think for a business communication channel, it has to be something that is generally common and easy for everyone to use. It would not be ideal to go for uncommon or complex options.
Probably, that is the major reason I like telegram because you can search for old information and still see if there. Even if you change your phone it will still be there.
