That is an excellent venture,what type of clients would one be targeting when doing such a business so that one ensures they do not ran a loss?You can start a home laundry business with that amount. All you need are few chemicals and some few equipments.
Very true that the money cannot gaurantee a profit in most cases but it also does not mean that it cannot be working capital or add value to a small business.It all depends with the one who raised the money and what they have planned.At times it is good to start small and level up no matter the profit that is generated from the initial capital.$30 is too poor to start many offline businesses as it won't be enough for renting a store. However there are several offline businesses that you can do with that sum though you need to start from scratch.
