If you do online surveys, Surveytime does offer to pay Bitcoin and Paypal. I myself prefer Paypal as I have been using it for many years. I find it convenient to use and trustworthy.

I think all the paid to post forums offer cryptocurrency payments. Even forum coin offers cryptocurrency where you can redeem $45 worth of forum coins and get $50 worth of cryptocurrency.

Its good that most of these platforms are fully adopting crypto currency payments. We have several paid to post forums like BMF that pays with crypto. Most microtask platforms pay with crypto too. We have ad networks like cointraffic that pays with BTC.
Trendri pays through crypto (although they don't currently pay), Freebitcoin.in, 1xbet, etc all pays through crypto
