Nothing kills workers morale like talking down on them. Many employers treat workers like slaves without respect . Workers are human beings with feelings and desires. They demand respect from their employers

I am sure if the company is looking the employees to be promoted, they will work harder than before. They can have an incentive to have two plane tickets to travel.

All incentives must not always come in form of money. There should be other form of incentivying workers. This could be in form of appreciation done through gifts. Improving working conditions.

There are huge number of ways at which the employer could motivate the employees without involving cash. It could be through promotion, it could be through giving free gifts etc.

It could be by brandishing the staff with nominal promotions that doesn't have any benefit financially. They can just make you head of department.
whenever you are promoted in a business venture your salary must be increased. It is even useless to promote a worker without increasing his or her salary.

Probably, promoting employees that are very hard-working is very important and necessary. It will make their employees to feel very much appreciated and that alone can be a very big motivation for them to work harder.
