What are the non monetary incentives that an organisation may use to motivate it's employees

In my own organisation, they would just promote you without any monetary incentive. For me, the only non monetary incentives that is keeping me there is the delight of teaching those children and being part of the moulding of their futures.

I don't see the reason why someone should be promoted without any monetary incentive. In my own opinion that kind of promotion does not even make sense because the major reason people work is to make money.

it should be giving one the opportunity of learning and acquiring new skills. it isn't just about giving monetary aid all the time which might be expensive others need should be met.

One of the things to put into consideration if you are working in a business environment is if such a venture gives you the opportunity to learn more things. You must feel some level of progress.

Promoting employees that are hard-working is also one of the ways to give incentives to them.
Probably, promoting hard-working employees a very important and necessary in any business organisation. Promoting people who have been in the business for a very long time is also another good strategy that a business can use to motivate employees.

I think this is a very good idea in which some business ventures need to implement he really wants to keep their workers motivated. I think giving the best performing workers leadership roles in also another way to motivate them.

I am sure if the company is looking the employees to be promoted, they will work harder than before. They can have an incentive to have two plane tickets to travel.
Yes of course, promotion comes with increased salary payment which is one of the biggest motivators for people that are working in a company.

Yeah, it is not even wise for someone to get promoted in the work environment without increment in salary. A lot of people will not find out sensible enough to be motivated.

There are many ways to motivate cashless workers such as giving award certificates, giving compliments, offering promotion promotions, etc. Even a simple compliment from my boss is enough to motivate me, because I feel acknowledged and needed to be there.

There are many types of non-monetary (money) incentives that you can give your employees, such as praise, promotions, vacations, etc. so employee incentives do not always have to be in the form of money and can also be non-money.

Sure, it shouldnt always be about money. you can praise a worker for work well done. other ways include giving award certificates, giving compliments, recognizing them amongst others. it can be done

well even do monetary incentives helps to motivate some people but I believe providing a good working environment and proper tools for working also would motivate your workers and increase productivity.
