That is true. For example, I am a teacher and I have a very conducive working environment and it motivates me to work all the time because I am not really stressing myself to work under the sun or in a place that is not good for me

I've noticed that people who are not working in a conducive environment do not derive joy from their work which means that they will not be able to train or teach their students very well since they are not happy with the job that they do
when someone tells that they are not happy with the job that they are doing it means they do not have passion for the job or the environment or working space is not conducive for them to thrive.
As long as any company make a good provision for a healthy and conducive working environment for their staffs, they will always be motivated to do their very best whenever they have work to do.

true you will get tired but you just have to do it because you are being paid for it and most of the time is due to the fact that the materials provided and not standard enough for you to make use of and that is the major issues.
Your efficency would kick up a notch because the right environment has been provided. Not the kind of situation where you would have to climb something and sweat to be able to teach. You are already worn out by the environment and your efficency has drastically dropped.
