This is true. I know an elderly man who always goes to the bank whenever he wants to make any kind of transaction. He said he is not interested in using mobile transfer.

There are many reasons why this happened. for dishonouring of cheque to me it is mostly about Insufficient balance . it can be very annoying to be given a bounced cheque

When we give checks to other people but the balance is insufficient, this is a violation and the account can be frozen by the bank, because the checkbook holder will have a balance that must be deducted each time a withdrawal is made.

Yeah I think there's should always be a penalty for all this kind of issue. Because I know people purposely do this as they know that is no penalty for this crime
