1. Problem solving ability
2. Initiative and motivation
3. Verbal and written communication skills
4. Quality of work
5. Team player
6. Leadership skills if the employee is a manager or supervisor

I believed that in most companies use KPI or Perfomance Evaluation. As for me, this is not that accurate. It is because the results are subjective. Though it is the best option for them to know the performances of employees.

Another good way is to check out the Reliability of the petson if it is worth keeping in your company no need working with employees that you can't entrust in their care your work.

I think you should give every department target goals and use their ability to achieve those set goals. Any set of staff that cannot meet departmental goals are not doing well obviously.

First thing to do is see if they are trust worthy amd if so you give them a goal that they murst aim too in a short period of time to see how effective they are allong their approch at dealing with the problem and handling situation.

I think for every job role, there must be key performance indices that are used to check how effective a staff is . For instance, the number is solutions provided can be a key performance index for a customer support representative.

We just have one visit per year in class and some surveys. Nothing else. If parents complain they can't do much and it is almost imposible lose job at my work place.

There are many criterion that could be used to evaluate workers. First, you will look at his punctuality. How punctual is he?. Does he comes to work timely?. How many time has he present at work?. Then you look at his efforts at work. How effective and efficient is he?. You look at his comport at work. How does he relate with his colleagues at work?. Is he fretful?. These are some of the criteria to evaluate worker.

I think the best way to evaluate staff in an organization is to see if they can achieve the results you set for them. Make sure that every tasks has threshold to measure success or failure.

You can always evaluate the work efficiency of you staff members by going through their job parameters that they carry out on daily basis and check their results and know how good they have done.

It is not only workers in the sales department are evaluated, performance of workers in other departments are also evaluated. Each sections of the departments has supervisors who coordinate and monitor the performances of each workers. The reports of the most hardworking, effective and efficient workers are sent to the HR for consideration.

You can do this based on the results they produce. Take time out, give them tasks task to know how they would fair. How resourceful they are in solving problems they face is also another factor.

I think encouraging specialisation will make you to determine the performance of workers in a business environment. When they are specialised in a particular thing, the work they have done will always be determined easily.

You can rely on customer reports about a particular department to evaluate the performance of the workers in that department. When there is much complain about a department in an organization, the staff are not doing well
