What are the ways of reducing the level of unemployment

In my own state, there are no manufacturing companies that can absorb and employ people. The only thing that we have are hotels that can't employ a lot of people.

I did not know that there are no manufacturers in your country. I think it is a good way to have a business. Working in hotels is also a good business if I may say.

It is possible for government alone to provide employment for all its masses. It is a joint effort between the government and other stakeholders in the field. But if government is serious and committed, what it only needs doing is to provide enabling environment which would boost employment rate. This could be in form of grants, amenities, logistic support, good economic policies etc.

You are right. They can join force with the other agencies that aiming to uplift people from poverty. In my country, a local government agency provide series of trainings for the locals who wanted to have soft skills to create their own livelihood.

I am not sure if our local government had some projects like this here. If I am not mistaken, they encourage the local farmers to learn how to make their crops more abundant with good quality. They are planning to export them.

To get the way out from this mess of increased rates of unemployment worldwide, the governments should come up with ways to eliminate the ageing population from the employment sector through redundancies and golden handshakes where possible. This would opportunities for the unemployed.

Governments have to take more effort if they want to improve the rate of employment in their country. It's not the citizens fault that corporates and businesses do not offer sufficient jobs. Governments need to ensure more partnerships with countries and enterprises, as well as to upskill their citizens, in order to stay competitive in the workforce.

The best solution is for the governments to create employment opportunities to its people. Unfortunately the governments of the tier3 countries have almost failed in doing this that's why poverty is very rampant in those areas.
